Walker's Challenge

We got in a car, I had a friend drive us there. It was not very far, every one had a case of beer. We counted 3,2,1, and then the challenge had begun. I drank it all too quick, around a turn I got real sick. It's on the county line. The store can cure the sunday blues. It has its place in time, and every try I come to lose. Give it a day or two, we like the same things ain't that cool? And when I'm out at sea, I'll toast a cheers to this memory.
And I saw you there,
And I wish I cared,
And I wish I asked,
Now the past is past.
My trip abroad was weak, but it feels good to be back in town. My future still looks bleak, It's ok with my friends around. I'll take it day by day, and realize that I'm glad I stayed, and when the year begins, I'll find someone out in the wind.

Outside the wind blew like a million little fans, inside I withdrew and placed my head between my hands. With time I will find someone exactly what they need, a sign would be kind, to make it easier to breathe.
Let me breathe
A drive would be nice, if my headlight wasn't gone. Some wine will suffice but I checked and it's all gone. Give me some space, I think it's exactly what I need. A small moving place that's out, in the deep blue sea.
Let me breathe

I'm so glad I'm waiting. I'm so tired of wasting. I'm reaching for nothing. For somebody's lovin'. I'll love what is givin'. My brain it's been bittin'. It's you I've been kissin'. It's me whose been wishin' for time. For time.

Go Home

Turning too many pages, saying the same old things. Seeing the same old faces. Hasn't changed a thing. While this winter was a quick one, and spring will be fleeting fast. There's still time to try to have fun, and here it goes down the hatch.
And I wanted to go on with you, and I wanted to go home with you.
Blinking in the sun, Trying to find who you are. But the years just begun, I haven't got real far. Now I'll just take my time. Try to say something new. And then some day we'll find a feeling that's always true.
And I wanted to go on with you, and I wanted to go home with you.

If I felt a little closer and you weren't so out of reach. The moon is such a loomer and it shines on what I seek. If the skies could stir a favor, your eyes would see with mine, and baby you're my favorite flavor, I want it all the time.
Initials on a colored backpack. Another little clue. No shared times in which to backtrack, so I'll make them up of you. If there's more than one chance given, I'll tell you what I'd do: I'd make you always happy, on a sea so wide and Blue.

Hit me with your smile on waves that sail for miles. Watch it shine, wipe the tears, as we untie all our fears. It wasn't you so I turned around.
I felt your season fade. Your fire, wind blew away. In a picture, I can see another day dream lost at sea.
Run away and you won't be found.
